Chalisa Villas est un établissement familial, caché dans une ancienne cocoteraie, parmi d’autres maisons et villas privées, entourées de nombreux cocotiers, bananiers et manguiers.
Nous sommes l’endroit idéal pour les couples, les familles ou amis désirant profiter de la tranquillité de la vie des iles, associée à un habitat spacieux à des prix raisonnables.
Notre resort comprend deux villas de vacances. Chaque villa se compose de deux chambres à coucher, d’une cuisine, d’une piscine privée ainsi que d’un patio extérieur procurant ainsi une harmonie entre confort, luxe et style.
La route menant à nos villas est facilement accessible à pied, il n'y a pas de collines abruptes, ni de passages cahoteux.
Notre situation est idéale, avec la plage et le village de Sairee à seulement 10 min de marche. La plage de Sairee et son magnifique sable blanc ainsi que son eau bleue transparente, est l’endroit parfait pour passer une journée, que vous aimiez nager, faire du snorkeling (nage avec masque et tuba) ¬ ou encore vous détendre au soleil.
Au village de Sairee, vous pourrez trouver des fruits frais, un marché local thaï, des distributeurs automatique ATM, des boutiques de souvenirs, des cafés, des restaurants et des bars ainsi que des spas, tout est là pour vous permettre de passer des vacances agréables.

Well, where do we start with our amazing holiday experience in Koh Tao and our accomodation and service at Chalisa!! Nikki our 'personal assistant' pocket rocket was an absolute gem right from the start with her wealth of local knowledge from suggesting snorkelling sites, beaches, local attractions, dining, the best coffee and who could forget the Barracuda seafood, sunset, cocktail experience!!! OMG I'm missing it already! The villa was incredible, comfortable and cool, spacious, private and the amenities and features from Netflix and having our own private pool and fresh spring water everyday such a welcome relief from the heat! We are hooked on this little piece of paradise and I only hope and pray that when we come to Koh Tao again the villa is not booked out for us!!!

We stayed here with my sister family for 5days. It was great holiday felt like a home. It was good organized for the family such as kitchen stuffs, shower towels, snorkeling gear, water bag, books, mosquitoes coil and many many things. Also they provide free booking services for the ferry and rent motorbike without any trike problem. Nikky was very kind greetings and helped us during we stayed. The location is just 7 minuets from sairee beach and 5 minuets from the town. The Mini mart and laundry shop was nearby the villa even cheaper than 7 eleven. We had a lots of fun and good time in this villa. Thanks!!!
